Overview of 2019 Operations projects :

Third Party Academic Review
- Goal: Attain Independent Report from third party researcher's. The reporting would be PKI's and we could distribute as we choose.
- Fund PhD through Alberta Innovation
- Partial Fund Master Student through Eco Canada Funding Assistant
- Location for Testing - Still Not Defined
  - U of Alberta (Costly does not have equipment)
  - NAIT (Northern Albert Instatute of Tech) (Timing issues and Cost or equipment)
  - Researchers use "visits" of PFL to use equipment (BEST)
Medium Scale Model
- Goal: Two mirrored loops able to demonstrate CondiSaV performance against producers diluents. Both visual and instrument based testing. Similar to current tank farm setups. Give operators a more plain and understandable way to see technology work.
- Quotes completed and provided to Paul L February (est 80K)
  1. Includes 42K to purchase online Viscometer-Densimeter (This meter would be Reusable on a site production process)
  2. Includes 20K to purchase a used trailer equipped with temperature control to mimic Alberta conditions and allow for transport from place to place for producer presentations.
  3. Remaining cost is piping materials and fittings necessary for the given pressures. No labor hours are costed as Christy can complete construction.
Develope Field Strategic Business
1. Southern
  1. Brooks Alberta (Awaiting LSD and Producer from Gord?)
    - Condensates available at Plains Midstream Empress (100km haul estimated)
    - Provide blending Skid on site. Skid would need to be sourced and modified for instrumentation.
    - Use laydown yard in Empress Alberta if needed.
    - Goal: Develope a long term project that would give 6+ months financial data.
2. Northern
  1. Lloydminster (Awaiting LSD and Producer from Gord?)
    - Condensates could be sourced from Keyera South Saskatchewan facility.
    - Provide blending Skid on site. Skid would need to be sourced and modified for instrumentation.
    - Goal: Develope a long term project that would give 6+ months of financial data
CondiSaV Production & Storage
1. Develope a "Ready to Use" CondiSaV storage 400 bbl approx..
2. Goal: Start to encourage use of CondiSaV in Cold well production in the Swan Hills area.
